Interaxtion Web Solutions

Interaxtion's General Terms cover the general terms and conditions of our relationship which include the duration of the Agreement, fees payable by you, Interaxtion's right to monitor communications and content in specific circumstances, steps to protect the security of your data and Interaxtion's systems, when Interaxtion is authorised to suspend or terminate your services and the resolution of disputes between us.

Summary of our General Terms & Conditions:

Hosting:

• The Hosting Agreement will commence when you sign the debit mandate.
• The Agreement is binding unless and until you or we give 30 days notice to terminate.
• We may change the features or functionality of the Services over time.
• You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy that applies to your use of the Services.
• We can prevent your access to the Service/s if you breach the Agreement or for technical reasons.
• You accept that you will get no rights to the intellectual property in Interaxtion's computer systems.
• Subject to your right to withdraw your consent in certain instances, you agree that we may obtain your personal information and use it, for certain specified purposes, including for, internal Interaxtion marketing and contract administration as well as to enable us to collect your debit order payment.
• You agree that our liability to you is substantially limited.
• The Agreement is subject to South African law.
• We will use your given address as your address for service.
• ALL Interaxtion accounts are NOT charged pro-rata. You will pay for the full month on activation, even if the activation date is the last day of the month.

• First Line Telephonic and E-mail support is free. Any site visits will be quoted for separately.
• Our office hours are from Monday to Friday 08h00 to 17h00.
• Recourse is only provided via the support desk ticketing. No other enquiries will be entertained.

Debits:

By successfully registering an account with Interaxtion Web Solutions you hereby agree to:

• Authorize Interaxtion to draw against my/our account bank (or any other bank or branch to which I/we may transfer my/our account) the total sum of the applicable services or any variable amount pertaining to this agreement, on the first working day of each month. This being the amount necessary for the settlement of the monthly due to Interaxtion in respect of our purchases/contract/agreement as from the date of registration.
• All such withdrawals from my/our account by interaxtion shall be treated as though they had been signed by me/us personally.

• I/we hereby "instruct" and authorize Interaxtion's agent Netcash (Pty) Ltd, to draw against my/our account. I/we understand that if bank details have been supplied the withdrawals authorized here will be processed by BankServ.

• I/we agree to pay any banking charges relating to this debit order instruction.

• Interaxtion reserves the right to charge a nominal interest for late payments of 10%.
  

• This authority may be cancelled by means of giving Interaxtion thirty days notice (30) in writing, sent by prepaid registered post, but I/we understand that I/we shall not be entitled to any refund of amounts, which you have withdrawn whilst this authority was in force if such amounts were legally owing to you.

• I/We acknowledge that the party hereby authorized to effect the drawing(s) against my/our account may not cede or assign any of its rights and that I/we may not delegate any of my/our obligations in terms of this contract/authority to any third party without prior written consent of the authorized party.

 Quotes:

• Quotations are valid for 7 days from issue except where explicitly indicated on the quote.

Web Design:

• A 50% deposit is required before any design work commences.
